Booking Policy
We’re so excited to welcome you to our table! To keep everything clear and easy, here’s
how bookings work: Securing Your Date
- Your booking is confirmed once we receive a 30% deposit.
Payments
- The remaining balance is due 1 month before your event.
Guest Numbers & Dietary Needs
- Final guest numbers should be confirmed 14 days before your event.
- Please let us know about any dietary requirements by then, so our chefs can create
something special for everyone.
Cancellations
- More than 6 months before your event: A full refund will be issued, including your
deposit.
- Between 6 months and 1 month before: The 30% deposit is non-refundable.
- Within 1 month of the event: 100% of the total event cost is payable.
Force Majeure
- If something outside anyone’s control happens (like severe weather or government
restrictions), we’ll do our best to reschedule your booking.
A Note on Personal Belongings
- We’re unable to take responsibility for loss or damage to personal items during your
event.
